Logical checks for running different games?

I've been wondering now for some time, is there any suggestion towards Blizz using data about more than one game being launched from the same bnet account? - I'm wondering if botting say WoW or D3, while playing Overwatch would increase the chances of a ban.



I'd assume it would, but I've no idea, and I couldn't find any information while googling.
